Placing an Order with US Coffee

1. If you've already created a user ID and password, log in to your account by clicking the link at the top right of any page.
2. If you are a new U.S. Coffee customer, follow the prompts to create your web account.
3. Add items to your cart by entering the quantity you wish to order in the box provided, and click the Add to Cart button.
4. Once you have added all of your items to your cart, click on the cart icon in the top right of any page, and proceed to checkout.
5. Select your shipping method, and click the proceed with checkout button.
6. Note: actual freight costs will be charged to at time of shipment.
7. Select payment option.
8. View US Coffee Terms, and check the box to accept
9. Click the complete checkout button
10. An order confirmation page will be displayed after you submit. If you do not get this page, your order has not been submitted.
11. You will also receive an e-mail order confirmation.

You can use the Quick Order pad to quickly submit your purchase orders by entering US Coffee item numbers and quantities.

1. The Quick Order form is located within your Account page.
2. Type in the quantity and valid US Coffee item number in the spaces provided.
3. Once you're finished entering your line items, click the Add To Cart button.
4. Follow the prompts to proceed through the check-out process.
